Welcome to Eureka Storm Shelters’ New Website!
Eureka Storm Shelters is a one man company originated and birthed by Jimmy Kelley, a resident of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Mr. Kelley has always had a passion for public safety. He serves as Fire Marshal for the City of Eureka Springs and is a firefighter and EMT-Intermediate. Mr. Kelley has a unique background as he has worked in both construction and fire/EMS services. This led to his interest in providing storm shelters for the general public in hope of keeping people safer during severe weather.
The basic idea is that Eureka Storm Shelters will offer shelters and safe rooms from several different manufacturers in order to provide the best quality and best fit. Each shelter will meet the applicable codes and be installed with the best workmanship possible.
Eureka Storm Shelters uses three manufactures for all of our shelters, thus enabling us to provide a shelter or Safe Room in a shorter amount of time than some other companies. In most cases we can deliver and install one of our steel Safe Rooms in 10 to 30 days. In most cases we can deliver and install one of our concrete in ground shelters in 20 to 40 days. During peak demand, such as just after the Joplin, Mo tornado we were 60 to 90 days out for a short period of time.
